RETURN POLICY

Return Policy – FWL Pickups

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• The product should be returned in original packaging (if possible)
• The product must show no signs of use

Important: Guitar pickups that have been installed or soldered cannot be returned due to loss of value.

3. Return Process

3. Wait for return instructions

4. Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the costs

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom-made pickups
• Used or damaged products
• Modified products (e.g. soldered or installed)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
