2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through FWL Pickups.

3. Offers

All offers are non-binding and subject to change.

Errors or mistakes do not bind FWL Pickups.

4. Agreement

An agreement is formed once an order is placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse orders.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Payment must be completed before processing
  • Orders ship after payment is received

6. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the provided address
  • Delivery times are estimates
  • Delays do not entitle compensation

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days to cancel an order after receiving it.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Products must be handled carefully during the return period.

9. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products
  • Opened sealed products for hygiene reasons

10. Warranty

We guarantee that products meet reasonable quality standards.

11. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email.

We respond within 14 days.

12. Liability

FWL Pickups is not liable for indirect damages.

Liability is limited to the order amount.

13. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
